De multe saptamani nu pot sa rezolv o problema, aceea fiind ca nu pot sa-mi resetez calculatorul. http://prntscr.com/jtco9o Nu am mai stat sa fac poza la eroare deoarece mi s-a acrit sa astept aiurea. Ajunge cam pe la 5-6% si dupa imi da eroarea asta: Tin sa precizez ca am incercat urmatoarele chestii CMD administrator:reagentc /disable*restart*reagentc /enable As fi recunoscator celui care ma ajuta, multumesc! ALCHEM Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 (edited) Încearcă să faci așa 1.Go to Settings-->Update & Security-->Recovery-->Advanced startup, click Restart now. 2.In the new window, Select Troubleshoot --> Advanced options --> Command prompt. 3.Next, select the administrator account. 4.Now provide the credentials for the admin account you opted in the previous step. 5. Finally, in the Command Prompt window, type following commands and press Enter key after each: cd %windir%\system32\config ren system system.001 ren software software.001 You can now close the Command Prompt window, which takes you to Windows Recovery Environment screen. Select Continue option to get into your operating system. After a reboot, you'll find that 'There was a problem resetting your PC' issue is solved already.
