(!) tin se mentionez ca am incercat diferite metode pentru a remedia problema, am reinstalat samp (mai multe versiuni), am incercat cu mai multe versiuni de gta-uri, am incercat sa reinstalez in alta partitie, insa PROBLEMA PERSISTA. ajutor pls.
